An EstoniAI Circle evening at Workland Maakri 19, built around real problems instead of talks. Three members brought an AI challenge they were stuck on (a product decision, an architecture question, go-to-market, a technical blocker), and the room worked through each one in a 20–25 minute round. The session ended with an open discussion on Claude Design Mode, AI security and offline AI.
A fishbowl roundtable on the human side of AI adoption, convened by Vattan PS. The discussion covered people displaced from their jobs, the fatigue of managing AI tools all day, and professionals who keep their jobs while the work that gave them meaning is automated, and it looked at resilience and cognitive sovereignty as practical responses.

A fishbowl roundtable for AI practitioners on moving from quick "vibe coding" to disciplined AI engineering. Topics included prompt injection, the "Rule of Two" for limiting what an AI agent is allowed to do, and how context and attestation make agents more reliable.
Europe's first national AI Literacy Day (TI-kirjaoskuse päev), held at TalTech and initiated by Founderly AIM with TalTech, AIRE, EIS and EXAI. Six sessions took leaders from data strategy and AI implementation through change management, learning with AI and ethics, and closed with a panel on Estonia's AI literacy goals for 2030.
An action-focused roundtable for women stepping into AI leadership. Women still hold only 20–27% of tech roles in Estonia. The evening combined talks on AI in the public sector, a fishbowl panel with women AI leaders, one-to-one mentoring and networking.
Founderly's follow-up to Tallinn AI Week, extended across the Baltic and Nordic region. Over five days, 19 events ran in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden, including the AI/ML Forum, PyCon Estonia 2024, PyData Tallinn and an AI for Ukraine Recovery hackathon. Partners included Cloudflare, Estonia's Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, Tilde and Pipedrive.

On Nov 1, 2022, Founderly and the Estonian Crypto Association held a pivotal discussion on crypto regulation at Workland Estonia. Our founder, Vattan, engaged with experts like Mari-Liis Kukk of Finantsinspektsioon, Kirill Lezeiko of PwC Legal, Frédéric Hubin of CoinsPaid, Oliver Ämarik of Sorainen, and Raido Saar of Eesti Krüptoraha Liit, dissecting key legal aspects of the crypto industry.
On Sep 27, 2022, Founderly hosted a half-day bootcamp for budding founders. The event was packed with expert advice, practical insights, and networking opportunities. Attendees gained knowledge from VC, marketing, and branding experts, with ample time for networking.
Founderly's Third Wave program concluded with a VIP Web3 event in Tallinn. This curated gathering brought together founders, investors, and web3 enthusiasts to discuss the sector's latest trends. The event featured startup pitches and panel discussions with crypto industry leaders.
On April 19, 2022, Founderly held "The Web3 Disruption" meetup, both in-person and online. We delved into decentralized tech's impact with key players like Andrus Aaslaid (SingleEarth), Evald-Hannes Kree (Swapin), Ian Lee (Syndicate), Stenver Jerkku (Solid World), Erikan Obotetukudo (Audacity), Franck Nouyrigat (Electis), Erki Koldits (PopSpot), and Rain Vaana (Kwota). The event, punctuated by web3 startup pitches and networking, ended with a lively after-party.
On March 23, 2021, Founderly hosted the 12th Virtual Global Founders Meetup. The event kicked off with a keynote by our team on "Build Without Burnout", followed by a panel discussion on Founder-Investor Fit featuring Emre Tinaztepe (Binalyze), Mariana Hagström (Avokaado), Arın Özkula (500 Startups), and Marili Merendi (Karma Ventures), moderated by Vattan PS. On Sep 22, 2020, Founderly organized the Global Founders meetup in Estonia at Workland Vabaduse. On December 17, 2019, Founderly and Startup Estonia joined forces for a meetup. It was a melting pot of global and local startup founders, exchanging ideas and learning together.
